The HugHo Lucerne-Bran Mix is a carefully composed mix that is ideal for horses that need extra volume. This product is a mix of fine lucerne and coarse bran without grits; for the right calcium-phosphorus ratio, very important for the horse's body!
The fine lucerne contains the leaves of the lucerne plant , which naturally have a higher protein content. This HugHo Lucerne-Bran Mix is also dust-free with a mixture of natural oil. The product issun-dried and molasses-free for pure, natural quality. It is carefully sieved, so that the fine lucerne with the highest protein content, the lucerne leaves, are preserved.
The coarse bran without grits ensures a good calcium/phosphorus ratio and supports healthy intestinal function. We consciously choose bran without grits , because grits are difficult to digest and can cause constipation in some cases. This coarse bran without grits prevents that and guarantees the right calcium/phosphorus ratio , which is important for the overall health of your horse.
